I find myself admiring the city rather than the model, but I still like the shoot. The photography is lovely.

Venice is such a great setting, it is so many different things, the only problem is, it really overpowers her, she doesn't have enough presence. When Natalia shoots in Venice, your eyes go straight to her.

Holy crap, it makes me feel sad, as I just got back from Venice a week ago :-(. However, the umbrella she is holding in front of the Piazza San Marco? I want it so bad!! Does anyone know who makes it?
The clothes would be ok in a different setting; for this they should have picked clothes just a shade or two brighter, I think, to make her pop more.
Makes me really wish I could have brought a ton of really cute clothes while there, unfortunately for comfort and packing sake, I had to go with mostly jeans and sneakers :-(

I really love the warm brown tones with the hints of red in picture #1 and #9 as well as the deep greens of the rivers. The only problem is I found myself looking more at the gorgeous setting of Venice with it's beautiful European architecture rather than focusing on the model. The clothes etc are fabulous though, especially that B&W-striped dress and that wonderful parasol.
